Ms. Scholastica Yeboah, a student of KNUST and an Influencer, has taken it upon herself to help empower young women in the society and also give to the vulnerable and needy in the society.
Ms. Scholastica Yeboah is a second year BSc. Midwifery Student in KNUST. She is also contesting for the seat of the SRC Women’s Commissioner.
In line with her commitment to empower Women on her “Be the Change” campaign, Scholastica Yeboah and friends have organized another donation campaign for this Easter season as they are set to feed the street. This will take place around the KNUST Campus.
The items that will be donated include provisions, toiletries and money donated by her team and the entire student populace.
Speaking to the “KNUST WOMAN Be the Change” influencer (Scholastica Yeboah), she revealed that a part of the donation this time round shall be given to genuinely less endowed students in KNUST.
“I am immeasurably thanking everyone who has donated to the Feed the Street campaign this Easter, since time is not due for the donations proper, I am still calling on Churches, Student groups, Student leaders and all and sundry to join me in this campaign to put smiles on faces of people who feel that all hope is lost. My team and I are in confabulations with the KNUST Peer counsellors (KPC) to aid us get the database of genuinely less endowed students to donate to them also” – Scholastica Yeboah.
This will be her third time doing such a humanitarian campaign. Previous donations were done at the SOS Children’s home in Asokore Mampong.
