
Fire at Buipe burns a 13-yr-old boy beyond recognition
There has been a fire outbreak at the Buipe toll bridge in the Central Gonja District of the Savannah Region.
It is reported to have happened around the late hours of Thursday, January 21, 2021.
There was a 13-yr-old boy who has been burnt beyond recognition.
The victim of the Thursday evening incident, Ibrahim Musah, is believed to be the son of one of the traders in the area.
According to reports, the boy was asleep in an electronic shop at the time the incident occurred.
The Savannah Regional Command of the Ghana National Fire Service, who confirmed the incident said they are currently conducting an investigation into the possible cause of the fatal incident.

This incident increases the number of fire outbreaks to two in seven months.
The first one occurred at the Buipe Bulk Oil Distribution Port.
The cause, however, is yet to be known.
