Ghana’s Chief Imam Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu will pray over late mother of former Ghana international player Sulley Ali Muntari before her burial.
This unhappy incident occurred on Sunday, 30 May 2021 after battling illness ‘for sometime’.
Hajia Kande, the famous mother of former Black Stars, Portsmouth and AC midfielder, Sulley Muntari , will be buried on Monday, 31 May 2021 in Koforidua Tafo.
The Janazah (funeral) prayers will be observed at the residence of the former Inter Milan and AC Milan star at 10:00 am.
Following the news of her death, renowned sports journalists and celebrities have thronged social media to express their condolences.
Hajia Kande was also the mother of former Asante Kotoko midfielder Muniru Sulley who now plays for Belarusian side Minsk.
On May 29 2017, the brothers lost their father Alhaji Muniru.
